READ——>After paying you must send in your steering rack within 72 hours. Your rack will be the one getting the service done to it. No cores or exchanges. The racks will be done in order of date paid.
READ——>Allow 7-11 days after delivery for the rack to be shipped back to you.
READ——> After the rack has been de-powered there is no going back to hydraulic.
The rack will have the following done.
-Complete tear down of the steering rack and thoroughly cleaned.
-Internal piston is cut off the steering shaft and the Quill welded .
-The equalizer will be removed and the support bearing repressed back in .
-Motul IRIX Multi 200 grease and lube.
-The ports on the neck will be cut off and welded shut. The ports on the steering tube will be cut and welded shut the all excess material is removed for a clean look.
-Then the rack is painted with VHT 500 degree paint in their original tones of aluminum and black .
INTRUCTIONS-When you ship the rack make sure to wipe any excess grease and drain it. Turn the spline shaft part lock to lock it will push out all the fluid. REMOVE your tie rods, ends, and boots.
